Let's make a Date !
As y I always consider our time together as a "date" so I've put together this simple form for you to "ask me out". I will need your name, email and phone number so I can get in touch with you.
I also need an email contact of a lady you have seen as a reference (safety 1st!). Then of course you will need to tell me about the date... when, where, how long (rates are at the bottom of the page) and any other special requests. I will reply as soon as I've verified your reference.
